For Patients

New Patient Referrals

A written referral from a general practitioner or specialist is required for all new appointments. A valid current referral is necessary for you to be able to claim your Medicare rebate.

You will need a current referral when you attend for your consultation. Our practice may contact you prior to your appointment to ensure you have the correct referral.

Day Ward and Inpatient treatment

As long as you hold a current referral any hospital treatments you receive will be charged directly to your private health insurance. Please check with your insurance provider regarding any out-of-pocket expenses.

Telehealth

If you reside in a Telehealth rebatable area, we can offer you Telehealth appointments as long as you have a computer with microphone and camera access.

Do we offer bulk billing?

We do not generally offer bulk billing. Please call well in advance of your first appointment to discuss billing options, if required.
